When does my credit balance reset?
All guest and registered account credits automatically replenish to full capacity every day at 00:00 UTC (Midnight UTC). Unused daily credits do not roll over to subsequent days.
How are guest / unsigned credits tracked?
Guest users are tracked via their IP address with a shared limit of 50 credits/day. Creating a free account binds your quota to your account, giving you 150 credits/day regardless of network changes.
What happens when I run out of credits?
If a test requires more credits than your remaining balance, the system will notify you. You can create an account or upgrade to Pro to increase your balance immediately, or wait until the 00:00 UTC daily reset.
Are IP Lookups free?
Yes! IP Information lookups consume 0 credits and are completely free and unmetered for all visitors, protected only by standard abuse rate limiting.
